Shopping for your family...

SHOPPING ONLINE - not recommended

If possible, we do NOT recommend shopping online for the following reasons:

  1. Shipping delays. It's difficult to ensure your items arrive on time.
  2. Returns are not possible. If the family needs to make a return, the money will be put back on the original credit card and the family is often left without the item.

GIFT CARDS

There are many gift card scam right now. You could purchase a gift card in good faith, but when it is activated by the family, it has a zero balance. We recommend:

  1. Inspect a gift card before you buy it. Check that none of the protective stickers have been removed. Make sure that the codes on the back of the card haven’t been scratched off to show the PIN number. Report any damaged cards to the store selling the cards.
  2. Keep the receipt with the gift card. Whether you’re giving or getting, try to keep the original purchase receipt, or the card’s ID number, with the gift card.
  3. Purchase the gift card from the original vendor. An Old Navy gift card is purchased from Old Navy.
