Volunteer in Santa's Warehouse
Bring Your Team to Santa’s Warehouse and Become Holiday Heroes
Step into the heart of the Holiday Helpers' magic — Santa’s Warehouse, where every gift is sorted, wrapped, and prepared for delivery to families in need. Your team will roll up their sleeves and work side-by-side as honorary “elves,” turning stacks of donated items into beautifully wrapped packages filled with hope and holiday joy.
Corporate Volunteering
From unpacking boxes and organizing gifts, to wrapping presents and delivering packages, every task your group takes on directly impacts a family’s Christmas morning. It’s hands-on, high-energy, and guaranteed to leave your team smiling (and maybe humming a few carols).
Volunteer shifts are typically 2.5 hours long and take place at the local Santa's Warehouse in late November and December.
We have volunteer opportunities in:
- GTA (west Toronto)
- Hamilton
- Durham Region
- York Region
Please note: dates and locations will be confirmed October/November.
How it Works:
- We ask for a donation based on the number of volunteers. This donation is used to cover warehouse expenses.
- Our Elves will work with you to confirm the group size, date, and time of your volunteer shift.
- Once confirmed, we'll send details to finalize the donation.

Host a Fundraiser
An online fundraiser is a simple, powerful way for your employees to come together and make a difference — no wrapping paper or shopping trips required. Our elves will help create a custom Holiday Helpers fundraising page where team members can contribute any amount they choose.
Every dollar raised goes directly toward sponsoring families in need — providing warm winter wear, household essentials, toys, and a grocery gift card for a special holiday meal.
It’s flexible, easy to join from anywhere, and the perfect way to unite your team in the true spirit of the season.
