Janice brings over 20 years of experience as a founder, operator and sales executive. Janice currently works at Deloitte as a Sales Transformation Lead where she works across the firm on a portfolio of strategic accounts.  She is also a former Founder of Travel Tech co’s (one in group travel and one that created a tech stack for Tour Guides) and an Entrepreneur in Residence at NEXT Canada.   A proud advisor to Fora (in partnership with the UN & UNAC), and a mentor to the Firehood and Firestarter women in tech initiatives, she is passionate about supporting female-led ventures. Previously a guest lecturer at Humber and Centennial College, she was selected to participate in the Austrian Leadership Program in 2018-19 to support start-ups in Austria and Canada to better understand mutual export markets.
